THE PROBLEM

Nobody could say where a job was without walking the floor or scrolling a group chat. Job status lived on a whiteboard, dates in a spreadsheet, and the rest in WhatsApp threads.

WHAT WAS BUILT

A job status board covering production through to site installation, an installation-readiness pipeline, payment milestone tracking, a bilingual English/Chinese interface, and mobile views for staff working on the floor.

THE OUTCOME

One place to look. The whiteboard, the spreadsheet and the threads are gone, and the system is under active maintenance — still changing as the factory does.
